A career in permanent cosmetics can be incredibly challenging, but also amazing and rewarding.  It requires a great deal of passion but an aesthetic eye, a steady hand and some level of artistic skill are necessary as well.

Before we can accept you as a fundamental student, we want to be sure that you possess the basic artistic skills required to embark on this journey.  Please click the link below and download the PDF file.  It contains a basic art test.  Print this out and complete it before filling out the rest of this form.

Once you have completed this art test you can take a photo of it with your phone, fill out the form below and upload the photo.

Once your application is received it will be reviewed and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.
